I've tried clearing out Miro from the OS X firewall list for a fresh start. Doesn't help.
I've tried signing it myself with a custom local security certificate. Didn't work.
This list sounds like it needs a third bullet point. Although the previous two should be quite enough to make this happen. Hope it does.
