This new string belongs to the Dev menu and is not supposed to be localized, as it appears only on the test builds. But if you do localize this test menu, it means something like "Force the Echonest lookup at next restart of Miro".
The Echonest online search for album and song information is performed once a week, to try to retrieve the information for songs that were not in the database the previous times. What this option does, is tell Miro that the last search was performed a week ago, so that next time you restart Miro, it is tricked into thinking that it's time to search again for these missing song information.
