Does Miro Even HAVE Tech Support? Don't Lie to Me.

If anyone who works for Miro is reading this, I put in a ticket a long long time ago. If you say you have tech support, then you need to ACTUALLY HAVE IT OR TAKE THAT FEATURE OFF OF YOUR SITE. Please read my ticket. Don't be Nook Press - for YOUR sake. And please, no autoresponders acting like human tech support agents. Thanks.
